A Dialogue with Nature
My work stems from a direct encounter with nature and an intimate dialogue with marble.
I carve directly from the block, allowing the form to emerge through a process that balances instinct, observation, and formal rigor.
Marble, with its resistance and luminosity, becomes both material and metaphor: a body through which light can pass, linger, and define space.
My sculptures explore the tension between delicacy and strength, seeking a lyrical abstraction capable of translating fragments of the natural world into essential, suspended forms.
Light is a fundamental element of my practice: it penetrates the surfaces, moves through the volumes, and completes the work within the space.
Each sculpture is conceived as a unique piece, shaped through a slow and physical process that preserves the memory of the material and of the gesture.
